Return & exchange

We accept returning or exchanging of items that are in new condition, unused, or items with a manufacturing defect, within 30 days from the date of purchase. You must provide a receipt or indicate the date of purchase so that we can find the receipt in the system.

Please note that the returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the products do not meet our return policy criteria.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and postage to return the package are the client's cost.
